A family garden for families
Riverhill is both for keen gardeners and young explorers. With four generations of the Rogers family currently living at Riverhill, we understand the needs of different generations.
A garden to admire and enjoy
Enjoy the colour, scent and tranquillity of this historic hillside garden, first planted in 1840. Riverhill is renowned for its rare rhododendrons and azaleas, extensive views across the Weald of Kent, carpets of primroses and drifts of bluebells as well as the fine specimen trees. We welcome picnics and you will find plenty of benches if you want some time to sit and enjoy this special garden.
A garden to explore
The Wood Garden is Hide and Seek paradise! With tiny twisting paths to discover, rhododendrons to hide under and absolutely no ‘Keep off the Grass’ signs, this is a fantastic place for families who want to spend time together exploring and having fun.
